If once your order has arrived it doesn’t quite fit your home as you imagined, or perhaps you don’t like it, you can send it back to us within 14 days of purchase. If the 14-day refund window expires you we will only be able to offer you an exchange or a Boosos gift card to redeem at a later date. 

To confirm your refund you need to email contact us where one of our team members will process your refund and will either organise for the item to be collected or they will advise you to drop the item to your nearest delivery point depending on the size of what you have ordered. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can investigate the situation, and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to treat it as a return. Send the unwanted item back to us and once that has been received and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we have received the item back at our warehouse in the condition it was sold in, we will send you a confirmation email, and then your funds will be returned to the method of payment within 3 working days, if you paid by debit card, or within 30 working days if you paid by credit card. 

How much does it cost to process a return? 

 If the item arrives damaged or faulty we will not charge you for the collection/return. However, if you have changed your mind about an item or you do not like what you have ordered, you would need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us. Below is a breakdown of rough return fees.
