How do I change the delivery address?

You need to complete the contact us form and we will change your delivery address. You need to do this before we ship the package. If the goods are already on their way to you and you do not have the possibility of changing the delivery address, you will most likely be required to once again prepare for the shipment of goods, as the package will be returned to our courier warehouse.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

We try to make sure all our orders arrive on time and in perfect condition but unfortunately there are rare times where this isn’t the case. If you are one of the unlucky 0.1%, firstly, we’re really sorry, but secondly, please get in touch with us and let us know as soon as you can.

How do I return an item?

If you notice any damage to your order when it’s delivered you can refuse to accept it from the courier and they will return it to us and we can send another out to you. Stock Availability?

We keep stock availability on our website as accurate as possible to ensure you know when your earliest delivery is available. In rare instances where our stock is fully allocated we may ship direct from the manufacturers to you, this makes sure we can get the product to you as quickly as possible. If for any reason the product or promotion you've ordered is no longer available, or there's been a price change, we will notify you within 5 working days and offer a full refund, the option to pay the difference or choose an alternative. Order acceptance takes place upon despatch of your products.

Can I cancel my Order?

Of course, you can. You may cancel an order and receive a refund of the entire amount which will be transferred to our account. However, this must be done before the order is sent to our courier. All you need to do is contact us and fill out the return form. Our consultants will assist you in the cancellation process for your order
